Fernva is an independent online retail brand serving Australian households that live with Maine Coons, other larger cats and long-haired companions. We started with a simple observation: many pet products are photographed beautifully but give owners too little reliable information about usable space, fit, stability, cleaning or long-coat care.
Our aim is not to offer the largest catalogue. It is to make a smaller, calmer range easier to understand and more practical to live with.
Why we focus on Australian large-cat households
Large cats need more room, clearer measurements and products that suit their bodies rather than an average-pet assumption. Australian homes also face distinct seasonal conditions, including heat, strong sun and long delivery distances. Fernva therefore prioritises size-aware product information, practical care guidance and Australia-focused delivery communication.

Fernva is an independently operated online retailer. We are not a cat breeder, animal shelter, veterinary clinic, veterinary service or medical provider. Our care content is general owner education and never replaces advice from a qualified veterinarian.
How fulfilment works
Some Fernva orders may be stored, packed or shipped by third-party suppliers and logistics partners. This allows a focused independent retailer to offer selected products without holding every item in one location. The product page and shipping information should be used to check availability and expected delivery. An order may occasionally arrive in more than one parcel when items are fulfilled from different facilities.
Fernva remains the customer's point of contact for order support, returns guidance and product-information questions. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct authorised return address.
