You may request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing an order, provided fulfilment has not started.
Once an order has entered supplier processing or shipping, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled.
Delivery addresses
Please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a parcel to be returned or requires reshipping, the customer may be responsible for the additional delivery cost.
