Fernva Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your cat to be comfortable with every Fernva purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, including a change-of-mind return.

Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair or damage, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and other personal-care items that have been used cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged. Gift cards, final-sale items, and personalized items are not returnable unless required by law.

How to request a return
Contact us at ccjhshop01@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Do not return an item to the address shown on the parcel without authorization, because our fulfillment partners use different facilities.

Return shipping and fees
We do not charge a restocking fee. For change-of-mind, incorrect-size, or other non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos or video so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Refunds
After the approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. Any rights provided by mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain another item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before ordering a replacement.

Cancellations and order changes
You may request cancellation or modification within 12 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not entered fulfillment. Once CJdropshipping or another fulfillment partner has begun processing or shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for additional reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
