Fernva Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of fernva.com and purchases from Fernva. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies.

Eligibility
Browsing is not age-restricted. To place an order, you must have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding contract where you live. The site and its services are not directed to children under 13.

Store and products
Fernva is an independently operated online pet-accessories brand. Product colors, textures, dimensions, and packaging may vary slightly from images or descriptions. You are responsible for checking measurements and suitability for your pet before purchase. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.

Pet safety
Our products are not veterinary or medical devices and are not a substitute for professional advice. Supervise pets during use, inspect products regularly, and stop use immediately if an item is damaged. Do not use a cooling mat if it is punctured, leaking, or torn. Keep grooming tools away from wounds, eyes, and sensitive skin. Harness, bed, tunnel, toy, scratcher, and grooming-tool suitability must be assessed against your pet’s actual size, behavior, and condition.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, duties, import charges, and currency-conversion fees may apply depending on destination and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Payment may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider made available at checkout. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; an order is accepted when we begin fulfillment.

Cancellations and address changes
Requests made within 12 hours of ordering may be accepted if fulfillment has not started. After CJdropshipping or another fulfillment partner begins processing or shipping, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping, delay, loss, delivery dispute, return, and refund rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, use false information, or use the site for unlawful activity. Site content, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Fernva and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may link to or rely on third-party services, fulfillment providers, payment providers, review tools, analytics, advertising, email, SMS, or support providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Fernva is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Fernva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
